1 dead after 3 vehicle crash on Colonial Drive

Florida Highway Patrol troopers are investigating the death of a person involved in a multi-vehicle crash Monday morning near a Colonial Drive intersection.

Troopers arrived just after 4:30 a.m. at the intersection of Colonial Drive and Commerce Boulevard and are still investigating, shutting down westbound lanes on Colonial Drive.

Three vehicles are involved in the crash and one person is listed to have died, said the FHP’s Lt. Kim Montes.
