Driver extricated from vehicle after collision with Pinellas Park Fire engine
The Pinellas Park Police Department is currently investigating a crash that sent one adult male to a local trauma center.
The crash occurred at approximately 1:23 p.m. on Friday. November 26, 2021 at the intersection of Park Boulevard and 49th Street N.
The crash involved a fire engine from the Pinellas Park Fire Department. The driver of the Chrysler was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg with what appears serious but non life-threatening injuries.
The fire engine was responding to a vehicle crash on Park Boulevard at the time of the collision.
Two lanes of Park Boulevard were closed, in each direction, as crews worked to extricate the driver
