Pedestrian hit by vehicle on Nebraska Ave. in Tampa, police investigating

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Police are investigating after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on Nebraska Avenue in Tampa.

The incident occurred early Monday morning at the intersection of Nebraska and Columbus Drive.

The pedestrian’s condition is unknown.

WFLA’s Deanne King said there is a heavy police presence in the area, but some lanes are open. Drivers should use caution.
