SUV crashes into Fort Myers residential building
FORT MYERS, Fla. — An SUV rammed through a Fort Myers two story multi-family residential building Monday evening.
South Trail Fire Protection & Rescue Service District arrived on scene around 7:08 p.m. to find the SUV that crashed through the apartment located on Woodrose Court.
This is the second time that this man crashed into the home, although the last time he went through a fence.
Fire officials at the scene were holding up the second floor to be able to remove the SUV.
The Red Cross also has been called to help the couple who live in the unit.
No one inside the apartment building was injured.
