Rollover crash causes a vehicle to crash into building in Cape Coral

CAPE CORAL, Fla. — A rollover crash on 1300 Del Prado Boulevard South led to a vehicle crashing into a nearby building.

At approximately 3 p.m., a black car crashed into an orthodontist office after crashing into a white SUV.

The driver of the white SUV had to crawl out of the car to safety after it flipped on its hood, according to reports.

Northbound lanes were restricted to only one lane of travel, with one of the three southbound lanes also being shut down.

The Cape Coral Police Department advised drivers to avoid the area and seek an alternate route.
