Fatal crash on Lake Trafford road kills cyclist
The Florida Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash on Lake Trafford Road on Dec. 24 that killed one cyclist.
A sedan was traveling east on Lake Trafford Road, approaching Lincoln Boulevard when a 31-year-old man riding a bicycle did not stop for the posted stop sign, Troopers said in a press release.
The 20-year-old Immokalee man driving the sedan collided with the cyclist around 8:15 p.m.
The driver was not injured, and the 31-year old cyclist from Chile died at the scene.
