Child taken to hospital after truck pushes car into Tice building
LEE COUNTY, Fla. – A child was sent to the hospital after a car crashed into a building on Palm Beach Boulevard in Tice Tuesday evening.
Tice Fire Department crews said the blue truck involved ran off the road and hit a white car parked in the driveway. The white car was then pushed into the building.
The building was deemed unsafe by fire crews and Florida Power and Light responded to disconnect the power. An employee inside the building told that one of their customer’s kids was hit by the car that flew inside the building.
The little girl was sitting in a chair when the car slammed into the building, according to the employee.
