Driver killed in St. Petersburg when 1 car turns left into path of another
ST. PETERSBURG — A driver was killed Monday night after one car turned left in front of another and they collided, St. Petersburg police said.
The crash occurred around 7:30 p.m. at Tyrone Boulevard North and 34th Avenue North.
The driver of a 2020 Lincoln sport utility vehicle turned left from 34th Avenue N into the path of a 2013 Hyundai four-door that was headed north on Tyrone Boulevard North. The driver of the Hyundai later died at a hospital.
Police released no information about the drivers.
