It happened just before 5 p.m. at the intersection of Southwest 21st Ave. and Southwest 19th Avenue Road, also known as Easy Street.
Police say the crash involved three vehicles.
A 57-year-old woman involved in the crash was taken to a local hospital with traumatic injuries but she later died.
Police have not said what may have caused the crash. Eastbound Lanes of Easy Street were blocked for hours from the Walmart to Southwest 24th Ave. while investigators worked to figure out what happened.
