Officer injured in crash at Miramar intersection

MIRAMAR, Fla. – An officer’s vehicle and a civilian SUV collided Wednesday morning at an intersection in Miramar.

The civilian SUV had front-end damage, but it’s unclear which driver was at fault.

Police confirmed that the officer was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. They said westbound traffic is currently shut down on Pembroke Road.

No other details were immediately released.
