Man dies in crash on Normandy Blvd.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A 54-year-old man was killed in a crash Saturday night at the intersection between Normandy Blvd. and Herlong Rd.
Florida Highway Patrol reports that the man was traveling in an SUV eastbound on Normandy Blvd. at around 9 p.m. before traveling into the intersection at Herlong Rd. There, he was struck by a 26-year-old driver of a Sudan on the driver’s side.
The 54-year-old man sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. FHP reports that he was not wearing a seatbelt.
