Disabled vehicle causes gridlock on I-95 NB near Fuller Warren Bridge
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A disabled vehicle was causing traffic delays on I-95 northbound just ahead of the Fuller Warren Bridge on Wednesday evening.
Traffic was moving, but slowly. As of 6:43 p.m., there was only one lane of traffic flowing due to the disabled car.
Traffic appeared to be delayed back to J. Turner Butler Boulevard.
Vehicles began flowing through smoothly around 7:15 p.m.
