LEE COUNTY, Fla. – A Lehigh Acres man died in a crash on Treeline Avenue and Terminal Access Road near Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).
Florida Highway Patrol troopers said the 57-year-old man was pronounced dead at the hospital. A 38-year-old Bonita Springs woman also sustained minor injuries in the crash.
The 57-year-old man was driving his car south on Treeline Avenue in the right lane, approaching Terminal Access Road, troopers said. The two other cars involved in the crash were going south on Treeline ahead of the Lehigh Acres man’s car.
