Plutarco Miguel “Michael” Villalobos
Plutarco Miguel Villalobos or “Michael” as he is most known by his peers and friends is a native Floridian, born in Miami, Florida and raised in Fort Myers. The newest team member to join The Nunez Law Firm, he brings over 20 years of litigation and dispute resolution experience.
Michael has extensive community service experience in the Southwest Florida community. He has served on numerous local, county, and statewide boards and had the privilege of serving as Trustee of the inaugural Board of Trustees for Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) located in Estero, Florida. He currently serves as a board member and associate secretary for the Lee County Housing and Finance Authority.
His practice areas include but are not limited to general civil and commercial litigation, personal injury, mortgage foreclosure defense, landlord-tenant matters and family law. He also represents clients with complex claims and litigation matters in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
