
Plutarco Miguel “Michael” Villalobos
Plutarco Miguel Villalobos or “Michael” as he is most known by his peers and friends is a native Floridian, born in Miami, Florida and raised in Fort Myers. Michael brings over 25 years of litigation and dispute resolution experience. With his deep roots in the area and extensive experience in both law and community service, he brings a unique perspective to the table. His involvement with the inaugural Board of Trustees for FGCU is particularly noteworthy, as that university has become such an important institution for the region. And his current work with the Lee County Housing and Finance Authority demonstrates his ongoing commitment to the well-being of the community.
His practice areas include but are not limited to general civil and commercial litigation, personal injury, mortgage foreclosure defense, landlord-tenant matters and family law. He also represents clients with complex claims and litigation matters in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
