Teen hit by vehicle in Orlando residential area

ORLANDO, Fla. — A teen was taken to the hospital after they were hit by a vehicle Thursday morning.

At 6:45 p.m., Florida Highway Patrol was dispatched to Booneville Drive and Hertha Avenue for a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian.

Troopers said the victim is a 16-year-old.

The teen was transported to Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital.
