2 killed in multi-vehicle, pedestrian-involved crash at S.R. 408 toll plaza
Two people were killed Friday morning in a multi-vehicle crash involving a pedestrian on State Road 408, according to the Orlando Police Department.
The crash occurred at about 2:50 a.m. at the Semoran Boulevard toll plaza.
As of 6 a.m., four westbound lanes remained closed before the Conway Road exit, FDOT reported.
The traffic homicide unit is investigating the scene and has not released many details, said OPD’s Lt. William Becton.
