Injury Crash at Pines Blvd & 64th Ave Intersection

Pembroke Pines, FL (January 5, 2022) – A car accident with injuries was reported in the afternoon hours of Wednesday, January 5 in Pembroke Pines. 

Broward County officials reported that the accident happened at 4:45 p.m. at the intersection of Pines Boulevard and 64th Avenue. Police confirmed that two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to collide with each other. The involved vehicles were badly damaged as a result. 

Several responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized with unknown injuries. 

Due to the severity of the accident, all lanes of traffic were blocked at the intersection for some time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene. 

No further details have been released but the investigation into the accident remains ongoing.
