Ft Lauderdale, FL – Car Crash with Injuries at US-1 & NE 19th St
Fort Lauderdale, FL (November 18, 2021) – At 5:53 p.m. on the evening of Thursday, November 18, a car crash with injuries occurred in Fort Lauderdale.
According to Broward County Police, the accident happened at the intersection of US-1 and Northeast 19th Street. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding forcefully with one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged.
Paramedics and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were seriously injured as a result of the accident. The victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
Two left lanes of traffic were blocked for a period of time. This led to delays in the area until police cleared the scene.
