Car crashes into home on McGregor Boulevard, man arrested
A man crashed into a home on McGregor Boulevard and then tried to flee from police Saturday morning.
Fort Myers police said the crash happened at a home in the 3700 block of McGregor Boulevard.
No one was injured.
Just before 5:30 a.m., the vehicle went through the bushes and crashed into the front part of the home before fleeing a short distance, police said.
He was caught by police down the street. Police have since arrested a male suspect.
Petit Frere Schneider, 19, is accused of crashing his car into this home in Fort Myers on Saturday.
There was minor damage to the home and damage to the white sedan he was driving.
The crash remains under investigation.
