Morning Fog Contributes To Crash On 44th Ave., E At US 301 In Bradenton
MANATEE COUNTY – Two sport utility vehicles were involved in a crash Monday morning before 9:00 AM.
The accident occurred during foggy weather on 44th Avenue East at the intersection with US 301.
While details have not yet been released by Florida Highway Patrol, it appears the accident occurred when a Jeep Cherokee SUV collided with the rear of a compact SUV while the two vehicles were driving in foggy conditions during the morning rush hour.
The collision took place directly at the intersection of 44th Ave East and US 301.
It is not yet known if anyone has been injured in the crash.
