Car fire on Howard Frankland Bridge, snarling traffic
TAMPA (WFLA) – First responders are on scene of a car fire on the Howard Frankland Bridge near St. Petersburg.
As of 5:20 p.m. traffic was slow-moving southbound near the old 4th Street exit.
No information has been provided on the driver of the vehicle and drivers should expect delays.
