9-year-old child hit by car in Bradenton

BRADENTON, FL (SNN) – A 9-year-old child was hit by a car in Bradenton around 4:00 Thursday evening.
It happened at the 2300 block of 5th Street W.
The child has been airlifted to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital as a precaution.
Bradenton Police say the child is conscious and alert.
